1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Free Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There are no minimum order requirements — shipping is always complimentary.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Estimated Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management for misdelivered packages
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes prematurely mark packages as delivered

Happy Ending Day is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
